Day 2

Second day on the job, the other intern and I stayed in the wetlabs because she was under the weather. Even though I was doing the same things all day for each group of kids that came in, i stilled had a great time because every group had a different personality and were ready to learn and participate in the activity. After wetlabs my partner and i cleaned everything up and put the water sample with all the animals back in the pond. That afternoon our mentor gave us an project where we made a list of all the different species of birds that people spotted at the center. We put the list in order of what family the were from and ordered the from the oldest species to the newest. It wasn't the most fun job but it was something cool to do.
