Day 4

Since I missed going to the center Thursday for my sister's graduation, today was bitter sweet. I knew i would miss the other interns that were my age that I had surprisingly grown close to over the week. We all had lots of fun working together. Today we did the usual hour hike, wetlad and exhibition. Unfortunately the kids today were roudy and disrespectful. However we were able to handle every thing with the help of their teachers and parents. The day was very long but when the kids left this time we had a party for me, the other senior intern and 3 other interns who got their associates. We had fun eating ice cream and cake and sharing how we had such a great time this week and that we would miss each other. I definately had a great time this week with everyone i worked with. Before I left that day one of the workers there gave me a personal recommendation to the Children's Aquarium at Fair Park which is amazing because I want to study marine biology. I hope that internship works out and I had an amazing week working at the Trinity River Audubon Center.
